All of the pork that we sell in our shop is fresh English Pork. As well as the more traditional breeds, we sell Gloucester Old Spot Pork which is reared by Andrea Neale, ‘just down the road’ at Pinnocks farm in Northmoor.
Bakers Buttercross Beef has been reared and processed within a thirty mile radius of the Witney Buttercross. It has been matured for an absolute minimum of two weeks for full flavour and maturity. It has been classified with the ultimate carcass grade for fat covering and confirmation (meat to bone ratio).
Fresh English A grade lamb sourced from West Oxfordshire, processed in Witney within 2 miles of our shop to guarantee minimum food miles, to improve animal welfare and to ensure the succulent quality of the meat.
